About 20 years ago, during a particularly difficult and disabling period with my back, I was recommended to Dr. Nilsson. I had never been to a chiropractor and was somewhat nervous and skeptical about using a chiropractor. Needless to say, I found his treatment to be beneficial from the first time and became relatively pain free in a short time. At the time I was still working full time and would come to Dr. Nilsson at 5:30 in the morning before work. Dr. Nilsson and his staff are amazing. I felt comfortable and confident the first day of my treatment. They feel like family to me.

I still see Dr. Nilsson on a weekly basis for his treatment. Additionally, my partner is now a patient of Dr. Nilsson. He was very reluctant to start treatment, but could not believe how much better he felt after the first treatment and since. As a result, since we are both now retired, we come together for our weekly "fix."

Additionally, we have both had some medical issues that Dr. Nilsson has helped us through. His knowledge of diseases, medications, nutrition, and homeopathic treatments has enabled both of us to be active and healthy without the use of prescription medication and all their side effects. I am constantly amazed how working with him and his staff has enriched our lives.

Dr. Nilsson's staff is warm and friendly and make us feel at home and comfortable at all times. They accommodate us in every way, whether it is to change an appointment, ask a question of the doctor, request a copy of something, need to order a product, etc.

As the saying goes, try it and you will like it. Dr. Nilsson and his staff are the best. I guarantee you will be and feel better once you are a patient of Dr. Nilsson.

My first visit to Dr. Nilsson was at the recommendation of a friend because I was facing probable knee surgery.  While I waited for an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Nilsson addressed the problem from a variety of treatment options.  By the time (3 months later) my surgeon appointment came around, my knee was significantly improved and I declined the surgery.

I continue to see Dr. Nilsson on a regular basis because of low back pain and stress in my upper back.  But as other issues arise, he treats those as well.  He is very careful and is not afraid to recommend seeing a physician if necessary, but often issues are addressed on a lower level and, with office treatments coupled with exercises at home, improved.

The staff in his office are very professional, but also friendly and supportive.

Bottom line:  Dr. Nilsson is easy to talk to, listens well, provides guidance, shares new information in the field, and has a great sense of humor.  He provides the essence of a great patient-doctor relationship.
